Terms of Service

Plateworth provides software and workflow tooling for private registration valuations, dealer discovery, offer comparison, and transfer coordination.

By using the service, you agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and engage with other participants in good faith.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to list a registration and that any ownership, retention, or transfer information they provide is accurate and up to date.

• Do not submit misleading valuation or ownership information
• Only list registrations you are authorised to sell or transfer
• Complete any requested verification steps before a sale is finalised

Dealer access is limited to network participants approved by Plateworth. Dealers are expected to submit serious offers, honour accepted terms, and complete transfer workflows promptly.

Plateworth may suspend or remove dealer access where behaviour undermines seller trust, marketplace integrity, or operational performance.

An offer shown on the platform is not a guarantee of final completion until the transaction, verification, and transfer requirements are satisfied.

Any marketplace fees, commissions, or completion terms shown to you in-product form part of the transaction flow for that listing.

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, or submit fraudulent or abusive content.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being misused or the marketplace is exposed to operational or compliance risk.

Plateworth works to provide accurate workflows, valuations, and marketplace tooling, but valuation outputs and transaction timing can change with market conditions and buyer behaviour.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and Plateworth is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party actions, or failed transactions outside its control.
